We are adding more questions and answers as
we develop and plan to create visual user guides for the system in the near
future.
- I live abroad, can I open an account in the Bank of Happiness?
Currently we allow registrations only for people with an Estonian ID-card or an account in Estonian Internet Banks. We are still in BETA phase and testing out the concept and the system. We think that all people are good but there are exceptions. Therefore we want to be really sure that we know our users and that's why you are required to prove your identity using an Estonian ID-card or via Internet Banks for now.

Why
aren’t there many entries in the English database?
As the main target group is Estonians, most of the entries in our system are in Estonian and on the Estonian site. We are promoting the English version for foreign people living in Estonia but it takes time to grow the community. We also plan to enable searching entries in other languages.
- I found an interesting entry and I would like to apply, what's next?
You can ask for more information or offer your help. After you apply the person will receive a notification and has to decide if he accepts your offer or not. In case he likes your offer, he will share his contact details and you can agree when and where the helping act will take place.
